Import data from a PCV in LabVIEW

I am using a PCV Sensor of Pepperl & Fuchs GmBH. It has a RS 485 interface so I am using a USB-COM Serial convertor.

I am trying to use VISA to import the data from the sensor but its not happening..

Can i find any help?

What error do you get? How have you wired the connection? What command are you sending? Dots out work with aterminal emulation program such as putty? You did not attach your code. You did not attach the manual.
