Input Buffer Overflow (error 521) using VISA Write to 34970

The "operator error" I mentioned before was, if I recall correctly, that I was addressing the wrong slot in the HP34970.  All three slots were being used, but I had at some point swapped the position of the relay and 20-channel multiplexer cards.  But my LabView code did not yet reflect this.  So, I had the channels numbered as 201, 202, 203,... when they should have been 301, 302, 303,...

So, a 'bug' in the code that I introduced.
