Installing AT-GPIB/TNT or GPIB-PCII - options not listed

Hello,tried to use the "Installing  AT-GPIB/TNT or GPIB-PCII onto Windows 95/98/2000" document from your knowledgebase area to install my card, but once I select National Instruments on my windows 2000 computer, neither AT-GPIB/TNT or GPIB-PCII are listed as a choice.  I'm stuck.

Also, we already installed the card, do we have to take it out before we instal the drivers and all that?

The "Installing AT-GPIB/TNT..." document I referred to can be found at http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/0ae0dad0c1142ef8862565230058dae2.
Step 9 says to select AT-GPIB?TNT from an alphabetized list, but it is not there, nor is the other device discussed in the document.

Also, does anyone know if the 2.4 driver will work for this device on windows 2000?  The website (http://ni.com/support/gpib/versions.htm) lists 1.7 as the correct driver, but I've been unable to get it.  Help?

According to the list here, you do have to use 1.7 and then the 1.7 link says it's no longer available for download. There is a note on how to contact NI if you need it.
