Instrument handle menu dimmed

I have downloaded HP364xa IVI driver from Ni website. When I open up a vi, Instrument handle menu is dimmed, any suggestion. I tried unckecking "close visa session automatically" from option menu. Thanks. PG

PG,
I downloaded the driver from our website, and installed it. I do not have the instrument available to test, but it appears to be working fine. You may want to check the download site to make sure you have the correct versions of software to support the driver (IVI, Visa, LabVIEW...)
