Is there a native .NET class as part of NI-VISA?

The document should be installed with NI-VISA as the "online help". I believe that this document is from NI-VISA 3.1. Yes, this document should get installed from the driver CD if you select to install VISA from there (which I assume that you would).

It should then be in Start >> Program Files >> National Instruments >> VISA >> NI-VISA Help.
