Is this forum monitored by NI folks?

Just wondering if this forum is frequently monitored by NI folks and if they do respond to questions posted in the forum?
Does NI have customer service deals with companies using their boards?

I guess NI sometimes checks this NG, though the responses are not
guaranteed. NI has a BBS on their web site, but it is a copy of this
NG. So if you post a msg on the BBS, the same msg will appear on
this NG and true for vice versa.

Raj,

Engineers at NI do frequently monitor the Developer Exchange to address issues that may come up in the discussion forums as well as offer any input or suggestions (as appropriate) to help with developmental needs. What Makoto mentions is correct--the Developer Exchange (web based forum) is integrated with the newgroups, and posts made in the Developer Exchange will be mirrored to the newsgroups and vice versa so that you can share questions, ideas, and information with other developers. Questions are typically answered within 24 hours.

What kind of customer service deals are you asking about? If you can add some clarification, that would be helpful.
