This nice tool was a part of icp(IVI Compliance Package)2.2. Icp2.3 uninstalled it! Is it not comatible with 2.3?

The IVI Installer Creator is now distributed with CVI 8.0 and later.  The IVI Installer Creator that installs with ICP 2.2 requires the presence of CVI 7.0 and later.  If you want to use this feature with CVI 7.0 or 7.1, you need to use ICP 2.2.
