But which item contains the new IviConfigServer.DLL? The closest items on the link you gave are
-IVI Class Drivers (Basic)
-IVI Engine

But, they are for legacy IVI architecture, which do not support new IVI-COM instrument drivers. What I am looking for is IviConfigServer.DLL that accesses XML-based IVI configuration stores through the MSXML4.0 parser engine. The information about this is found in "IVI-3.5: Configuration Server Specification"

The best way to obtain the latest IVI Configuration Server DLL or any other IVI Shared Component is from the IVI Foundation. Check the website at http://www.ivifoundation.org/.
