Keithley 2001/2002 IVI driver?

My application is developed by C#.

I want to drive keithley 2002.

I search the keithley and NI website, couldn't find the driver.

Does someone can help me?

BTW,  I download the Keithley 2001 LabWindows/CVIMeasurement Studio for Visual Studio driver.

It only include ke2001.c, ke2001.fp and ke2001.h, I think it should has a .dll.

It's right?

Unless someone posts with a driver they developed, you would have to develop your own IVI driver.

Newer CVI drivers would include a dll but that unsupported driver was done when it was expected that the dll would be created by the CVI user if necessary. You might post to the CVI board and ask if someone could create it.
