Keithley kusb-488A

Hi All,

We have Keithley kusb-488A  GPIB controller

I am able to use this for controlling keithley 2000 multimeter using example given by keithley instruments

when i try to use drivers downloaded from NI i was not able to control  keithley 2000

cant we use drivers provided by ni with keithley GPIB Controller

i want instrument drivers for keithley kusb 488A

can we use instrument drivers provided in instrument driver network with kusb-488a

You need a driver from Keithley for the controller. For controlling an instrument, you can use drivers from NI if the drivers use VISA  and Keithley has a VISA driver for it's controller. If an instrument driver uses low level GPIB, then you can modify the instrument driver to use VISA.
