Hi,
Thanks for you post. Which instrument are you using and where did you get the instrument driver?
Thanks,

We are using Coherent LabMax TOP Laser Power/Energy Meter. I've downloaded the instrument driver from Coherent web site.
We are using Coherent FieldMaster at the moment but it will be obsolete this year and I'm try to write the VIs to replace those. I'm try to find way to reset the LabMax TOP's power meter (reboot a power meter). I've found that FieldMaster is using "*rst" command but I also found that LabMax's Reset is actually reset the realtime clock which is totally difference from FieldMaster. I just wonder if there is some way to reboot any power meter.
I couldn't find thier forum so I thought I've post it here - just in case somebody know something.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. Since this is an instrument driver that is not certified by National Instruments, it is not supported by our Applications Engineers. Hopefully we have some customers who might have some experience with this driver who can help you further. Have a great day!
Regards,
Todd V.

We recently have a need to look at interfacting to a LabMAX TO, I've been digging though the vi's I download from Coherent today.
Try calling CH_LM Calibration Password.vi first to set the password first. There are hints spirnkled in File/VI Properties/Documentation.
Know this post is a bit old, hope it helps.
