I could not find a LabVIEW driver but perhaps Keithley has one. Otherwise, you will have to dig out the manual for it and send commands with a VISA Write and read data with a VISA Read. There is also the I/O Assistant. Help is here on writing your own driver. In MAX (Measurement & Automation Explorer), you can go to Tools>NI-VISA>NI-VISA Interactive Control. Use this to debug your reads and writes.
