MAX doesn't see the COM ports

The program works fine on the development machine (using VISA). Port doesn't init when the exe is run on client machine. I installed MAX on the client machine, AND IT DOESN"T SEE THE SERIAL PORTS but windows control panel does. why can't LabVIEW or MAX see the ports

Did you try hitting "F5" in MAX?

Did you install NI-VISA on the target machine?
