MAX recognises ELVIS II+ but NI SCOPE initialise and NI SCOPE Express do not?

Greetings,

can anyone explain to me please why can I see and use ELVIS II+ with most of the functions in LabVIEW, and it is normally recognised but it can not be recognised by NI SCOPE Express or by NI-SCOPE initialise?

DAQ functions can clearly see ELVIS, and I can select any input output but it can not be recognized by the SCOPE functions.

I am running Win 10 Pro 64bit

Labview 2016.

NI MAX v16.0.0.

Unfortunately, NI SCOPE does not support our academic devices. All of the DAQmx drivers do, if you look at the readme and search for the Elvis device, but as far as NI SCOPE is concerned, it does not show up in the readme as a supported device.
