This question is more out of curiousity, rather than a problem. I've noticed that the more recently-purchased USB-232/4 devices we've received now seem to have front panel status LEDs that show *3* states (4 if you count "LED off"!) - yellow, green, and now red.
I haven't found anything in the online docs to describe something as mundane as what the LEDs mean. I always assumed that yellow and green were the mark/space indicators. Sometimes now they light up red briefly, but I haven't found it to correlate to any fault conditions.
What's up with that?
Dave

Hi David,
I found the following screen shot in the NI-Serial help.
I hope that answers your question!
Thanks

Scott,
Thanks so much! In truth, I'd keyword-searched the online support resources and come up empty, but never looked through all the help files on my own hard drive.
