Migrating from NI-9039 to NI-9049

Dear all,

Just learnt that the NI_9039 will becoming obsolete in the end of 2025. A replacement controller should be the NI-9049. But does anyone know if it is directly replaceble without any changes?

What do you mean with directly replaceable?

If you are developing in LabVIEW, you can change the target to 9049 according to Deploying to Different Real-Time Targets from the Same LabVIEW Project - NI.

Using RAD to copy the full image from the 9039 to the 9049 would not be possible however.
