Modbus serial tcpip drivers

Dear All,

 I am using FL050 a PLC control to control 8 FL0800L IO modules. Now am communicating through TCPIP. Now My question is that, I am Using Another digital IO plc Module call FIOD0808u wher i connect that to the serial port of FL050 module, is it possible to get the data of FIOD conneced to the serial port of FL050 through the mod bus tcpip drivers which i am using it for controlling 8 FL0800L modules.
