NAI 2250 PAV

Does anyone have any experience controlling an NAI 2250 Phase Angle Voltmeter from LabVIEW?

We have a number of 2250s configured in 225 emulation mode, but the VIs we've developed are not robust enough for what we need.  I got the 2250 LabVIEW drivers from North Atlantic's website, but I'm consistently getting undefined errors using that software, possibly because I haven't properly reconfigured them as 2250s.

I've been unable to find any other resources besides the old manuals we have from NAI.  There seems to be nothing on the web that I've seen.  I was hoping that someone on here may have some experience and can point me to some more information and or help.

Have you tried contacting NAI about the problems you are having with their LabVIEW driver?  They may be able to suggest what would be causing the errors you are experiencing.
