NB-DMA2800 Hardware Verification error codes

I used the NB-DMA2800 Check program to try and diagnose problems I am having with my NB-DMA2800 board. This program reported multiple errors, but I cannot find any documentation about what the error codes mean. The two errors I am most consistently getting are 250 and 252. Sometimes I get up to thirty more errors than this, but they seem to come and go. Any suggestions how to interpret the errors?
