NI-488.2 drivers for Windows 7 Starter Edition

I was hoping to control a potentiostat (PAR 273A) with GPIB USB HD hardware. I typically do this with a desktop running Windows XP and have no problems, but I recently purchased a netbook (which is running Windows7 Starter Edition) for portability. I was hoping to install the appropriate drivers - but it appears v2.7.3 does not support the Starter Edition. Is there a way to make this work? Thanks.

Thanks! I didn't come across this solution when I was searching through the NI website.
