NI Device 1.3 upgrade

we have an emulator application, work fine with PCI GPIB4882 and NI Device standard 1.3.

now we want use usb-GPIB 4882, but looks like can not find device.

I try to download NI Device 14. or 15, but can not find.

what software should I upgrade?

Now, what exactly you mean with "can not find device"? 

You are not seeing it on NI MAX, Device Manager?

Could you provide the instrument's name?

Hi Kath, Thanks for reply, we have a handler emulator use PIC GPIB card , runng widnows xp and NI Device standard 1.3. Now we want use USB-GPIB card, on windows 7/10, I debug into applicaltion the error is can not enable interface: m_InterfaceStatus = EnableInterface ( m_Pad, m_Sad, Delay ); if (NIDEVICE_STATUS_SUCCESS != m_InterfaceStatus) { // Failed initializing the hardware. return; } when I install NI Device 1.3 or 1.5, on windows 7/10, there are errors for not find or invalivade dll, I can finish the installation, but the on device manager, I can see the device not installed correctly. I like to know what software for NI Device driver under windows 7/10

Hi Frank,

Thanks for attaching the pictures.

Unfortunately, the NI-Device software is now End of Line (EOL) and is not supported by Windows 7 or Windows 10 since it's a very old software.

Have you tried using NI-488.2 for the same purpose?

Yes, I use NI-488.2 card to control handler. 

now I meet another problem:  on  control pc side,  the NationalInstruments.NI4882.dll is too old not work on windows 10.

I install NI 488.2 CD and search  the installed folder, can not find  NationalInstruments.NI4882.dll.

do you know where I can find the file?

back to original question, if NI Device 1.3 is  End of Line (EOL), does NI have new product like  NI Device 1.3, so I can upgrade my application?

even the NI Device 1.5 is too old,  can not be installed on windows 7 and windows 10.
