Hello,
I have the NI GPIB-USB-HS working properly then when I changed my PC with the last one with Win 10 (Enterprise) the card do not work properly (see the attached screenshot)
I installed the NI-MAX (VER 17.5.0F0)
What I saw: during some trials (randomly) I was able to see the card without error (and control my equipment) but this happen just a couple of time... 😞
Can you please share the link of the driver I have to install and the procedure to follow to have a stable behavior?
Thank you in advance for the support

Hello!
The GPIB-USB-HS uses the NI 488.2 driver, which can be found here: https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-488-2.html#467646.
I would suggest resetting the configuration data in MAX first by going to Tools >> Reset Configuration Data. This will clear all devices and settings from MAX. You will then want to restart your computer. Once your computer has restarted, install the newest version of 488.2. If your OS is 32 Bit, version 20 is the newest version you can install. Check to see if the light on the device goes out intermittently. There may be a problem with the device or the cable. You can try a different USB port on the computer, preferably on the back if you have a traditional desktop tower. The front USB ports can have connectivity issues- if it is plugged into a USB 3 port (blue or teal) try using a USB 2 port (black).

Hope this helps!
