We discovered that NI MAX and a product which uses it (Fluke MetCal) are having difficulty communicating with Tektronix MSO24 and MSO46 Oscilloscopes following a recent upgrade to our NI VISA library. In troubleshooting the issue we attempted communicating with the instruments with an old XP machine using an older version of NI VISA and NI MAX communicates perfectly. Since these are instruments still being sold I am assuming the drivers would still be needed. How does one communicate this issue and with whom can I get the issue addressed?
