NI PCI-D10-32HS installation

I got the card from JDS to built a customerized automation system. I follow all the requiement on the manuals, but I still get the error msg:
Reason: Your GPIB interface is incorrectly installed.
Solution: Please verify that your GPIB interface is correctly installed and rerun the NI-488.2 Troubleshooting Wizard.
I use Window2000 and AMD Doron CPU. A conflicts/sharing IRQ at 11 is indicated on the system information tool.

Hello-

Is this IRQ conflict appearing for a GPIB board or the PCI-D10-32HS? If this is a ISA board with dip switches, it's probably necessary to change the switch setting to a different IRQ.
