Hello NI Community!
I have the PXIe 1075 which cannot be detect by MAX.
According to manual, it should be detect by MAX if working correctly. Is this due to hardware faulty or is there anything i miss out to install?
Here are some of photos on the hardware and MAX setup.
Let me know if you need more info to assist on resolving this issue.
Thanks in advance.

How is the PXI chassis connected to your computer?
It looks like the PXI chassis is not yet powered ON as none of the cards other than the MXI card are lit up.

Hi Santo,
Thanks for the reply, the PXIe connect to PC using the PXIe-8381 controller.
The chassis was turn on and the PXIe-1075 can be detect before. Just recently we swap to chassis PXIe-1084 and after we change back to PXIe -1075 some how Max cannot detect. Any troubleshooting procedure i can try?
Thanks

Hi Haizam,
In your picture of the chassis the LED on the PXIe-8381 is amber instead of green, which means it isn't linked. Was the PC on when you took the picture? Assuming it was...
Are any of the DIP switches set on the PCIe-8381? If the first/top switch is set then it might be requiring the MXI BIOS compatibility app. If not then you might want to set it and install the MXI BIOS compatibility SW.
If the MXI LED is green then there's a different problem. Otherwise reinspect your cables and make sure everything's plugged in right and seated in the connectors.

Dear Robert,
I can confirmed that the controller LED is in green during the chassis is operating.
One more thing the PC run the window 7 OS and MAX version is 5.5.0f0.
Also I found NI no longer support win7. Possible these 2 cause the problem?
Beside i found instruction below which related to my problem. Will try follow this procedure first.
