NO VISA resources found using MAX but VISA Interactive Control OK

Greetings,

I am using Keysight  USB 82357B GPIB and using MAX to find the device

under the Configuration -> Devices and Interface. But it shows

"NO VISA resources found".

But when I used the Keysight connection expert it shows all the devices.

I've cheeked the NIVISATulip.dll:and have enabled the Agilent GPIB cards for 488 program in the keysight connection expert.

Does anyone know why ?

I updated the NI-VISA from 16.0 to 17.0 it fixed the problem of the no visa resources found.

But now either in the MAX or using a Vi it does not shows the resources names of the equipment I connected trough the USB to GPIB converter.

I have a couple of questions.

- What is the version of LabVIEW and the OS that you are using? In order to check that driver VISA is compatible with your systems.

- Have try to check with the Scan for Instruments?
