PCI - GPIB Card error

Hi, 

I am trying to bring up PCI to GPIB card on Linux machine. I can see the device in the device manager. I have also installed the driver but still it return following error -

ibsta=&H8000 < ERR>
iberr= 0 EDVR < Error>
ibcnt= 22
