I have a PCIe frame grabber that appears on NI-MAX but the corresponding connected camera is not showing up underneath. My camera is a C-00201 Cobra spectrometer (contains a GL2048 from UTC Aerospace Systems).

They solved their issue by updating the software. However, my lab prefers not to update since we are afraid to break some of corresponding LabView software.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to address this issue?
