Parallel Port in Maesurement and Automation Explorer

When I work with Labview 6.1, I can use the parallel port without any problem.
Now I upgraded to 7.0 and i cannot use the either the serial nor the parallel port. After installation of the Measurement and Automation Explorer the port are not shown in this programm.
What can I do ? Is there any driver I have to install ?

Hi,

yes you have to install NI-VISA.

You can find NI-VISA at www.ni.com\downloads.

Choose the latest Version (3.1).
