Problem: Instrument via serial connection

Ok. That is a good idea.

I will start a new thread. In fact I have now two instruments that give me the same problem.

In the past I was capable of connecting devices through RS232 without  a problem, and I have also been successfull in connecting Arduinos, but now I have a problem that goes beyond my knowledge.

I have tried to open a new thread, but in the process I have lost connection.

Let me use this thread again.

I have a problem with two instruments that eventually seems the same.

My instruments are a HANNA HI98192 conductimeter and a Lab Power supply from KIPRIM.

I have not been able to communicate and I am including the basic steps I used with NI MAX. In both cases I could not obtain any effect on the instruments, neither any reading.

The error in both cases as I mentioned is in the Attributes: VI_ATTR_ASRL_CONNECTED: Invalid Property value .

I am including the capture of the sequence followed in NI MAX

I have the manual of both instruments, but I feel the problem is previous to the use of the instruments commands
