Problem with Agilent 34401A

Hi,
I would like to connect with Agilent 34401a by GPIB. Unfortunelly it doesn`t work. I used adapter USB-3488A from brand Adlink. NI MAX does not read the device. I have got all neeeded drivers. Keysight Connection Expert is seen but it is problem with communication. The adapter is working, I checked it with different Agilent 34401a. Have you any idea why ?

If it works properly on the other system, I would first printout the standard custom report from NI-Max on the working system with that adapter then another for the problem system.  Note any differences between the two machines.  You might find a missing driver or a different setting between the two systems.
