Prodigit 3311 DC Electronic Load - Drawing Current but showed 0 on screen

I test the Prodigit DC Electronic Load 3311. It draws current but showed 0 on the screen.

What is going to the unit?

Any reason this is posted on NI's discussion forum?

Do you need some help with automating this instrument using LabVIEW or NI's HW?

If this is an issue with the instrument itself, best to reach out to the manufacturer or appropriate distributor for support/service.

How did you determine that the ELoad is drawing current?

Just from looking at the image, there is a button called SHORT which is 'ON', I would assume that it just shorts the inputs and without any control on load.
