Profibus not showing in max

I have installed Latest MAX, Visa 4.4 and Camsoft Drivers and Software on a machine that has a LabVIEW Executable for customer. But, when we go into max the PCI Profibus Card does not show up. Followed the direction that cam with card from NI. I will say that we installed the card before the software but, after updating drivers for Profibus PCI Card it was installed and showed up in the Hardware Manager but still not in MAX. Anyone have an idea why it is not showing up in MAX. Thank You

would it be possible to install newer NI-VISA drivers.

Maybe this could solve the problem.

I am thinking this is a issue with the PCI cards. Loaded per NI Document and when I go to Hardware it shows the card loaded correctly but, it is referred to as a PXI device.. Also, is there a diagram of a profibus cable I can look at.

please refer to the Getting Started in chapter 2 figure 3. It's normalthat the DF PROFI II card is shown as a PXI-device in theMAX.

What kind of problem do you have exactly?
