Program & control Keithley 2000 & 220 to measure resistance using Labview

We have downloaded the drivers for these 2 instruments but we don't know how to program 220 for controlling current and 2000 to measure voltage and using the results to compute resistance.

Hello-

Try starting with the examples. There should be some simple examples for creating a certain current and measuring the voltage. Then, combine the two samples, maybe as subVI's and use the voltage and current as outputs and use a divide VI to calculate the resistance according to Ohm's Law.
