Program development using keithley 2001, keithley 6221 and GPIB card KPCI-488LP in LabVIEW 7.1 environment for 4 wire measurement

Hello Sir/Madam

I want to develop a program using keithley 2001, keithley 6221 and GPIB card KPCI-488LP in LabVIEW 7.1 environment for 4 wire measurement because there is no software support by  Keithley for above mentioned instruments combination. In this regard please help me for software development, installation, configuration and communication for 4 wire measurement in window xp environment.

 Thanks for reply. Sir I have downloaded drivers for Keithley 6221 and Keithley 2001 but donot have any material for 4 wire measurement and code examples. Actually I want to develop a program using keithley 2001, keithley 6221 and Keithley GPIB card KPCI-488LP in LabVIEW 7.1 and window xp environment for 4 wire measurement because there is no software support by  Keithley for above mentioned instruments combination. Thanks for reply and guidance. Any one can tell me about code examples for any company instruments for 4 wire measurement except NI like this combination keithley 2001, keithley 6221 and GPIB card KPCI-488LP in LabVIEW 7.1.
