thank you for your support. the problem still exist and it cause the work to be stopped during the experimental work. could you give me other suggestions?

I used a commercial one I bought it from farnell. by the way I am using the visa 4.3 and last week I saw a new version 5.? do think that if I install the new version the problem will be solved?

you can try the new Version 5.3

 

install NI-VISA 5.3 from NI-VISA 5.3

 

or you use another Adapter, as already mentioned low cost USB-to-serial adapters do not fully comply with the serial specification and therefore do not support a lot of the functions that VISA uses.

unforetunatly no instead in became worst. the restart of the computer happened faster that before
