I think I know the answer, but I will ask anyway...
I have a PXIe-8431/8 and /16 cards and I don't want to use them in a traditional UART style communications. Rather, I would like to use them as a simple mark/space quasi-static Tx output. I know that I can control the handshaking lines, but is it possible to use the Tx lines.
