Remote control of DAQ board through VISA server

I am trying to use and control a myDAQ installed on a remote computer.

Following the instructions reported in the white paper

I see the VISA resouces of the remote computer. Unfortunately I see only COM1 and LPT1 while the myDAQ is not listed.

Is this a specific  problem of myDAQ device or a mor general issue regarding all DAQ boards? can be solved?

NI-daq and VISA have no other relation that they are both from NI.

You cannot control a mydaq via VISA.

If you can run a MYDAQ application on the remote computer you maybe can control it via commands issued via visa but that is something you have to build on both sides inside e.g. LabVIEW.

But Teamview is easier to control an app on another computer
