Rotate the stage using SMC100

My goal is to rotate the stage 0 to 90 degree with 10 degree increment and save the data. I can rotate the stage manually but when I put the increment, it does not work. I adopted the diagram from this link:

Thanks for your reply. My goal is different because SMC100 can control many devices. I just need the code for increment where to put it.
