Over 12 years later I see this post. Just curious if you ever found the driver?
My father designed many of the Ruska products. My brother worked for Ruska then transferred through to Fluke. He was one of three employees Fluke kept on staff when shutting down the Ruska facility in Houston back in 2010/11.
If he had seen this back then he could have helped you I bet.
