Using LabVIEW to control my Scientific Atlanta 4131 Positioner Controller works for most of the commands, i.e. Q, returns the angle of the positioner. However, PEE will not cause the positioner to move, even after entering valid PL and other required commands.

The request for SA commands is a few years old.  However if you still need it I have a copy.

I have the manual for the 2012A. It includes the IEEE-488 command set.
