Post the log in a readable format - i.e. as plain text and attach the manual for the instrument. You do have a copy of the manual don't you? There is not much sense in trying to communicate if you don't have the manual.
Read length is 0 because there is nothing to read and there is nothing to read because probably you are sending an incorrect command or the command is not formatted correctly.
I will also repeat my suggestion to try hyperterminal first.

Hi
this is the log in .doc
07-13-2009 05:55 AM
0 0.00036206 Col60.exe IRP_MJ_CREATE Serial0 SUCCESS Options: Open
that there isn't in logs by labVIEW; maybe this is the problem?? i'm explaining better: with LV there isn't that string line and i guess that comunication is not already to start!!!!
Another question: the signal that we can see in LV logs
5 0.00000475 LabVIEW.exe IOCTL_SERIAL_SET_RTS Serial0 SUCCESS
6 0.00000475 LabVIEW.exe IOCTL_SERIAL_SET_DTR Serial0 SUCCESS
there aren't in original logs...this is important or not?

I don't think the first line is important at all.
The handshaking is very important and if you don't have that correct, you will not communicate. I don't have portmon installed right now so I can't experiment. What exactly do you have flow control set to when you run the VI? You know the baud rate/parity/data bits/stop bits so you can try different flow settings.
Your lack of mention of a progamming manual after repeated requests is disturbing. Have you even tried contacting the vendor?
