Set Resolution Bandwidth on Agilent E4440A Spectrum Analyzer

Hi!

I am using an Agilent E4440A Spectrum Analyzer to do some power measurements. I downloaded the driver from the NI website and I cannot figure out how (which VI to use) to set the resolution bandwidth so I can adjust it at will. I tried a couple VI's that I thought would work, such as Configure Mask Ref Resolution BW.vi and Configure OBW measurement.vi, but to no avail. Nothing else seemed reasonable, though I did try other VIs. I would really appreciate it if someone could guide me on how I can set the resolution bandwidth from Labview?

Take a look at the Configure Sweep Coupling VI.  This VI allows you to set the Resolution Bandwidth yourself, or have the isntrument select it automatically.  One of more examples should demonstrate the calling of this VI.  You can see the Acquire Y Trace Example for more details.
