Speed Problem in RS 422 Communication

[RS 485 Communication]

Sir,
We are using RS485 PCMCIA Card for data retrieval on RS422 protocol.For this purpose on experimental Basis, we are retrieving data from the RS485 Card(PXI-8423) housing in PXI-1000B chassis.

But we are able to receive data only at 9600 Baud rate
(set as by default)to 18000 Baud rate. After this as we
increase speed, we get garbage data.

So please solve this problem so that after getting it we may apply to our real application.

All devices have to be set to the same baud rate.Changing the baud rate on the card is half. Now you have to change the baud rate on the device you are comminicating with. Obviously, it is set to 9600 right now.
