1. I heard that TNT4882-BQ is obsolete. Is it right?
2. If yes, can you please send me part number of the new part. I need to know if it is full compatible hardware/software and pinout.

I do not believe that chip is obsolete. It looks like the single chip packaging is obsolete. You can order them in 66 with the part number TNT4882-BQ66. I recommend contacting your sales representative to make sure your orders continue properly.
