Tektronix VIs won't load

I'm sorry for asking a basic question, but I'm new to LabVIEW.

I am communicating with a Tektronix TDS 620B scope via GPIB, and configured the scope and MAX recognizes the device.  I downloaded the tktds6xx.zip, but when I try running TKTDS 6xx Getting Started.VI it cannot find any of the other VIs or subVIs from the ZIP file.  I tried extracting the ZIP files, but it still can't find it -- what simple error am I making?

When you do the unzip, there are two folders created. One is called _shared and the other is called tktds6xx.llb. Both of these folders should be in your instr.lib folder. On the download page, the installation instructions have you unzip directly to the <LabVIEW>\instr.lib directory. If you had done this, then the VIs in the _shared (I'm assuming these are the ones you can't find) would have been automatically found.
