Interesting; that should be a valid baud rate, and provided that it is the same for both sides, you should not see a framing error. Do you have another instrument you could try, just to see if perhaps the issue is on the instrument side?
I tried using with another MT balance. It is working fine with it. I tried the same thing with this older balance.But it did not communicate. I think there is some problem with the instrument.
