Timing issue when using LabView to control Agilent G1321A through ag1100 driver

Hi,
  We're trying to control the Agilent Fluorescence Detector G1321A using LabView. We found the LabView driver ag1100 that's supposed to help us communicating with the G1321A.  So far, through GPIB connection, we're able to initialize the instrument, but when we tried to take some spectra, we got the time out issue.  Any suggestions?

Hello,

I have just installed this instrument driver on my computer, and noticed that it comes with quite a few examples for acquiring data.  Have you tried one of these examples, just to verify that you can get data from the instrument at all?  Once we verify that we can read from it, we can troubleshoot this specific issue.
