Hi,
I have used Labview extensively. The library I downloaded from thor labs does not work. Someone said they could send help, they cracked this problem? Isw there anyone out there who might help?

You will first need to set the baud rate to 9600. Section 4.4 of the manual list the commands and syntax you need to communicate with the shutter controller. You can find the manual on Thorlabs' website: https://www.thorlabs.com/_sd.cfm?fileName=8654-D02.pdf&partNumber=SC10
