I'm building 2 (nearly) identical machines. Each is the same base computer, DAQ card, and hardware. Both have the latest version of DAQmx and the same version of USB drivers for the power supply. The power supply on each machine is B&K XLN3640. One computer picks it up perfectly and it appears in MAX, but on the second machine, the USB/COM section of DAQmx is missing completely. How can I make it show up on the second computer? Could I have missed an installation step?
